I've had that a couple of times ,sometimes there's nothing you can do really but try again in a while.
I also get the non-English captcha/gateway page when it's really bugging out.

I had that once with the non English Captcha Site and was worried if its safe or not. But since long time i dont had that anymore and i thought, they removed it or something like that. :D

Well sure, but actually getting a game was ludicrously hard, you had to click faster than everyone else if you wanted to score a win.
If I'm not remembering it wrong I got 3 games from before ninja krowns got implemented, 2 games with njk when it was first come first served, 8 wins from bids, and 1 won from the tombola.
I know that's just my personal experience but I think the numbers talk for themselves.

No multi-accounting on my part, I was just generally aiming for indies/older games. Also, before they changed how the bidding system works you could just piggyback from someone else bid. If somebody happened to make a big bid right at the start and there already was more than 3 bidders it was less likely that more people would jump in, so you could unlock it and start bidding 0, then increase your bid in very small increment untill a crown apeared, that meant you reached 3rd position. Now with the thing also showing the 3rd largest bid that tactic is no longer viable.

i didn't know for this crown thing in the old system coz i not tried it , i just take rise of tomb raider with bid the last week . Before i just missed the FF9 i have a lot of games so most of offers are not really good for me ^^ .
in an other hand i prefer the bid system than the ninja system :( games was faster than light for disappear x)

It took me like 3 weeks to figure out what was going on and how some people were winning games with bids of literally 0 njk, by the time I cracked the secret I only got to succesfully pull the trick once before they changed the system and the tactic became no longer viable.
By the way I didn't manage to actually get a game for 0, but I did got it for around half of what most people had to drop for it that week.
PS: now that I though about it, the symbol wasn't a crown but a trophy, got them mixed somehow.

It's also the difference between a fixed price / first-come-first-served system and an auction. As soon as they switched to the auction format, it was inevitable that prices would start rising every week. There will always be people that have accumulated NK from the beginning waiting on a game that they really, REALLY want.

Whelp... it seems it's gonna be a tombola weekend for me. Shadow of the Tomb Raider is the only game I'm interested in, but there's no way I could win an auction with a meager 2000 krowns. After 20 editions of Crazy Free Weekends we’ve decided to conclude our event in its weekly form. Free AAA games will be featured periodically to celebrate special occasions, such as Cyber Monday. Soon we will also introduce discount coupons purchasable with Ninja Krowns.
For 5 months we’ve been enjoying giving you free games, including major hits like The Division 2, The Witcher 3, NieR: Automata, Assassin’s Creed: Origins or Devil May Cry V. Our analysis showed that only 10% of Ninja Krowns users have actually participated in Crazy Free Weekends. We’ve been receiving mixed reactions regarding the mechanics of the event, with a large part of our community feeling discouraged or excluded. These are not the emotions we wish to invoke.
Despite this, your Ninja Krowns will still be useful! Free games will appear to celebrate special occasions, such as the upcoming Cyber Monday. Soon we will also introduce discount codes available to claim with Ninja Krowns. They will let you lower the price of any game or item on Kinguin.net. Wait a sec, did they just make bidding last two hours?
Looks like they did.
On one hand it's good that the countdown reflects time left for bidding properly again. On the other hand everyone's used to one hour auctions and I imagine last second aggressive bidders are quite annoyed right now. Also I wonder how this will work if they make 6-hour intervals between auctions like last weekend. Are those auctions going to last 6 hours?

The first auction went for an hour, then the second auction had a 2 hours countdown but the auction itself went only for an hour and every other time I checked it was basically like this. The countdown last weekend showed only when the next auction goes live, and not time until the current one ends.
Though that's not entirely true: at least once they had an auction with 3 hours on the clock, but at 2 hours remaining a new auction still popped up.

Bidding is gonna rise so much this week. Fallout 4 is gonna be 6000-7000 by the end of this round.
First it was 2 hours for bids now 6??? No one will know when rounds finish. When did this one start, and when does it end?
Only plus side is that people are gonna be out of krowns muhhhaaa, so I can try to win in upcoming bids easier. :P

Crash Bandicoot 1 is the hardest one, the second one is easier. At least on the good old PS 1. And the third one is at some Levels, very hard. special if you after completing the whole Game or Games.
The New Remastered Games i dont know yet, but some things are added, if i remember right. Special also in Crash Bandicoot 2, thats then also harder now. :D
Crash Bandicoot 2 i got complete after many tries, Crash 3 i have almost all, Time stuff are very hard at few Levels and for that i have no Words. ;-)
So yeah, i agree in some Points, its a lot of Fun, but it will get frustrating afte some time and lose thousand Lives, thousand Gamepads. ^^

The remaster is way harder than I remember it on the PS1, but maybe I just got casual over the years. You gotta try it if you love the originals,I think they made a beatiful work with the visuals and the game just feels like it felt the first time.
