Just got the Director of Acquisitions badge and jumped 3 levels on steam.

They also got booster packs now if you collected all your card drops to keep the economy going for now, they can also have FOIL

You're post made me curious and when i first checked my lvl dropped to 0, but a new button appeared on the badges page which increased my lvl again :/
Got nearly 300 xp for owning just a couple of games, kinda weird considering you have like 5 times as many games in your library as i have.
-edit- My library dropped from 110 games to 50 something, so make that 10 times as many.

Yeah, I just jumped 3 levels and only got the power player one for 100+ games.

EDIT: Just looking at my game collector showcase, yes looks like they are separating DLC and games count now.
