Eh, people have the right to blacklist for whatever. I wouldn't be offended. I'm mainly curious. If they think me asking them about the blacklist is so bad that they want to lose access to my giveaways, it's their right :D

Steam forum may or may not have the same people actively having this discussion. I don't think it's in any way counter-productive to hit up similar forums looking for people to play with.
If you really weren't interested you could have just not replied instead of giving a passive-aggressive remark.

Do you mean that the game is less interesting when played with friends? Or more specifically internet randoms? Personally I find it way more enjoyable playing with a friend (over internet randoms) because the AI is just so pathetic. They barely even revive you when you go down. Same could be said for real players too.

I would have done the same thing; the forum is here for a reason. Some people just need an excuse to vent and/or receive attention.
Was thinking about this exact same situation on my way to work. The way people react to different situations. I thought of our residential streets and how the plow people don't plow up to the curb; they leave a foot or two of snow in the road. My original thought was to give a passive-aggressive call to the city and say "do your plow drivers know how to plow to the curb?" but that would be totally ignorant.
A better reply would be to ask what the proper procedure would be and go from there instead of being a dick just go get a reaction. Social media has warped us into needing instant justification/gratification/satisfaction/etc. It's likened to making a snide remark on some companies Facebook page. The remark is snarky but a LOT of people will laugh because they think its funny. Others will cry fowl because its an ignorant thing to do.
Not pointing fingers at anybody, its a general observation.

I own all the dlc up through and including Clover. Everything after I'm missing. I think I can still play missions from those dlc if someone with them starts them and I join, but not totally sure. And generally not up to date with the achievements that have rolled out since I stopped playing. I have 233 / 1130 achievements, and stopped playing around 4 years ago.
I probably will pick up the other dlc in the next (spring) sale, so if you're planning to take this kind of slow, might not make a difference.
Also, I'm on the East Coast of the US, which time zone may or may not work for you.

You can play heists hosted by other players if you don't own them and will earn achievements for the heists but won't be able to use any of the weapons from content you don't own.

Didn't they make all DLCs free? All of them, except h3h3 character pack, have price "N/A" for me and notice on their pages saying stuff like:
"The Shadow Raid Heist is a free update that is automatically included in PAYDAY 2 on Steam"
Or do I need to literally own them? Then I guess I'm out of luck, couldn't even buy it...

While you don't need all DLC, there are achievements like "kill X people using DLC weapon" or "everyone in crew is using different DLC mask".
They are not available for stand-alone purchase (beside h3h3), you can get them in Ultimate Bundle - https://store.steampowered.com/bundle/3756/PAYDAY_2_Ultimate_Edition/

Those were updates to the game and not optional DLC, all the paid content except the h3h3 character pack is listed in the ultimate edition bundle.

Feel free to add/ consider me a backup. I used to play a ton but haven’t in a few years. I should have decent stealth/ dodge builds, unless there’s been another revamp of the skill trees. Every now and again I feel like getting back into it, but imo it’s most fun with a solid crew more than randoms.
EDIT: I do own all the dlc except for h3h3 so I can help there to the extent needed

So, I haven't played Payday 2 in a while but since it has an end now I think it'll be nice to 100% it. But I need a crew since some achievements requires 4 players. If you are interested comment here and/or add me. Better if it is people who owns all DLC since special masks are needed for some achievements.
