Ah, okay. I was wondering why someone would try to steal an inactive account with nothing of value. I'll ignore it then. Thanks guys.

I got that email too. I've never even played WoW before.

So I got a strange email from Blizzard. Apparently someone is trying to hijack my WoW account. Someone is requesting to change the email address for the the account. I haven't played WoW since 2011. I only played it for a couple months and then I quit. I don't really care about the account. I don't plan on ever playing WoW again. However theft is still theft. So I'm tempted to stop it out of principle.
What should I do? I don't care about the account, but should I stop the thief? I don't know why someone would want the account in the first place, it's been inactive for years and contains nothing of value.
