Seriously they need to release RDR on PC now. I need it!

For a moment, I was confused, since the only RDR I could think of was Red Dead Redemption and that's obviously on PC. Imagine my surprise when I look it up to double-check and find out it isn't. What the smeg, Rockstar???

Had the chance to try the game on a friends computer, runs REALLY well for a port, even on a modest pc, can't disable Antialiasing, but surprisingly it doesnt seem to hurt performance much anyways.

He has a C2D E8400, 4GB RAM, Geforce 9800GTX, and the game was running smoothly with everything on high except SSAO which was on low, FXAA on Low and AA on 4x, also loading times were surprisingly fast.

Maybe i'll get it......

Good. AA has never given me a noticable visual impact, but on my old computer it slowed any game down to a crawl. I could have graphics up to their very lowest or highest, it wouldn't matter. It would always be solely the AA that screwed with the performance. While this PC's more powerful, I've never trusted AA since and turn it off all the time.

AA usually gives me frame rate issues too so I tend to disable it.

For me it runs pretty well with all options set to medium @ 1440x900 (maybe I should try adjusting up since I'm getting decent frames). I'm running it on a laptop with a Radeon 6650M card.

The textures and somewhat low polygon count show the game's console origins, but the art design and effects make it look much better than it actually is.
