It's most of the times due to the bundle not being available on your region.

If the bundle would be too cheap in your region (<$0.5 per game at full price), it doesn't exist in the store.

For the actual individual prices I guess it would come almost for free here.

It's just another steam bundle like many, with just"32%" off (although that makes it only 2 euro).

But a game like Masked Shooters 2 has and had alot of negative reviews yet it says mostly postive, and the other ones all mixed.

i always laugh when i watch Masked Shooters 2 videos on the store. when you kill someone, the player looks like it's about to base jump with those arms open and stuff.

Misuse of BUNDLE tag lol.
I was expecting BundleStars, Humble Bundle, or IndieGala...not a dev pushing his asset flip games on Steam.

I think that Lichfn is just Developer of those games, this is reason why he advertises it here

I feel like the 2 dollars I would have to pay for the games in the bundle I don't have from Indie Gala would be 2 dollars more than the developers spent on the assets they flipped.

why is this topic even still around?

'cause SG staff is sleeping every time it pops up, I suppose, considering that this thread violates site guidelines:

Please note, in giveaway descriptions we do allow users and developers to link to their related [..] store pages

[Conversely, users and developers are not allowed to link their store pages outside of giveaways.]

When posting links or content, that content should not force users, encourage users through reward, or primarily exist as a traffic source for users to perform an action for promotional, commercial, or monetary benefit. Such actions include but are not limited to clicking a referral link, liking a Facebook page, following a Twitter account, joining a Steam group, completing a survey, or making a donation. (Please note, in giveaway descriptions we do allow users and developers to link to their related Steam Greenlight, group, and store pages, as well as their social media channels. Users are also able to reference their group giveaways when posting in the Group Recruitment category of our forum.)

That aside, posting normal (non-sale) steam page listings is generally frowned upon anyway, unless it's to highlight some element of the game(s) in question (eg, unusual topic matter, impending release). Add in the inappropriate use of the "Deals" category..

This is pretty straightforward empty-advertising.

Jesus jumpin' Joseph, the only way this is not characterized as spam is because it somehow got through Steam's very much flawed crap filter.
