80's music has made me eager to play the instrument, but I have no idea where to start. I understand that I will need lots of money and time to play the instrument competently. Are there brands I need to look for? Important accessories? Rent or buy a starter sax? Anything else?
Edit: I have never read a music sheet in my life.
