Hi! By saying "already owned the game", do you mean you already had the game from the bundle when you won it recently here and are now re-gifting your win instead of telling the creator to reroll it?

Why should he reroll it? It seems to be ok with the site rules and after all, he gave it back to the community. If you are fussing. I do not see why.
EDIT: this kind of move would be against the rules for sure. What I was quite sure is going on here is he is giving a different key, not regifting one he had won before. Sorry for the misunderstanding.

It is not, this rule just states that you cannot regift or resell the game you won (=the key you won on SG). I believe this guy activated the key he won 2 weeks ago. The key he is offering here is a genuine key he has from a HB bundle.
Again, this is in no way against the rule you cited above.

In my understanding it doesn't feel right to take something you already own from somebody else and make your own giveaway with it - and gain some CV in the process. I also don't think that re-gifting is an okay thing now on SG all of a sudden. But I do see your point in at least giving it back to the community.

Look, I get where you are coming from, and it is a nice agenda (: Always try to be nice.
But that is why the site has rules - to be precise in favor or against what is considered inappropriate.

You might want to rephrase that title... People will just think you are giving away a key you won... (some people just assume the worst)
