Looks like it's a Turkish* store run** through a shell company registered at one of the virtual offices in Delaware.
It doesn't make it not-official in itself, but doesn't exactly inspire confidence. On price aggregation sites it's not listed at all (as an official store or a keyshop).

We are an American company (Delaware C Corp) and I'm an American citizen. Our focus is on Turkey, Saudi Arabia, UAE and Egypt. But we also have a ton of World Wide content.

I appreciate your enthusiasm, but I know this address by heart; 16192 Coastal Highway, Lewes, Delaware - it's a virtual office ran by deceptively named Harvard Business Services, at which thousands of shell companies are registered, perhaps the biggest such hub in the world. Good that you clarify below that the keys are officially sourced and (I assume) WW-region, but it doesn't change the fact that the company is shady.

What makes it shady? They just offer a simple way to register a Delaware C Corp and a registered agent. We do not have any other entity so by definition it's not a shell company.

I'm not saying you did anything wrong, I'm just saying you "live" at a very shady address. I won't say it gives me PTSD, but it immediately stands out, and not in a good way.

Okay thanks for noting that. I haven't heard this before and we've signed agreements with world wide publishers with our address being on there. They never complained.

I don't live there of course. A registered agent is there so you don't give your home address. But my name is definitely all over the place. Nothing is being hidden

Checked those and both games show as "Region: Turkey". Does that mean the Steam code you receive won't work for other countries? 🤔

That's correct. Please be sure to select your region/country from the list. If it's not there (and it's not World Wide), you won't be able to activate it on Steam. They're only for the accounts originating from that region/country.

Is there any way to filter offers by region? It is pretty useless scrolling through those games if almost anything you click is for a different region than the one you‘re in.
