Which version of State of Decay is this?

The price seems right to me, but the devs stopped selling the version this site seems to think they've got some time ago. The newer version has a different name (and different price tag), Once in a great while Humble and Fanatical mis-titles enough to have me uncertain which version I'll be getting. Is this one of those occasions? HB is not one of the sites I'd tend to see selling non-current versions of games.
