"Invite a Friend to Play a Game"

Hey,

how can I do this? Tried CS:GO but it didn't work. Anyone have an idea?

Try Remote Play Together with any local co-op game. It worked for me.

I used The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth but any with enabled Remote Play should work.

Find a game on this list that you own. Start game, then open steam overlay (shift+tab), right click on one of your friends who is offline. Select Remote Play together from dropdown menu. Remote play window will pop up saying invite sent, then click cancel invite. Job done!!.
