well, I used to be a funny guy back in high school so I used to play with ringtones a lot.. but now that I'm.. more than 30 years old yeah.. I've got a Samsung whatever (like the 100€ one, don't know its name xD) and I have just the basic ringtone and it sucks, I acknowledge it ç_ç

oh well, I like the Huawei song by that awesome Chinese female singer too.. I hear that ringtone A LOT here but I've never had a Chinese phone so I stick with my samsung =P

that's simply awesome! can't wait for them to come back here in Italy!

oh, that sucks.. well, I'm a little bit unlucky too since some years ago they came just here right behind my house at the arena in Bologna, but the next year they'll play in Turin which is 4/5 hours from here even if it's still Northern Italy.. so it's quite far, in some cases I used to go in Slovenia, Austria or Switzerland and sometimes even Germany to see concerts since I'm from the North-East.. if you're lucky with your position maybe you can see if there's something in Poland Ukraine or Russia, I don't know though if there are passport issues.. for me as an Italian it's always ok to go to Poland but when entering Ukraine (from slovakia or hungary) it's always like 5 hours at the borders.. xD

Same here. I miss all those (un)important calls and texts.
If it is on, it's the first ~30 seconds of this song... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=48OAPYnpiL8

this is something that happened to me a lot!! I used to have those songs that I kept on listening over and over again every single day and now I can't listen to them anymore.. ç_ç I think that it's definitely better to stick with the default ringtones =P

well, you got it.. my favourite band since I was 12, oh I never liked Hansen that much as a singer so I'd prefer the Kiske version and Kiske has always been my favourite singer but.. yeah, I've been listening to them for 20 years basically every day =P
Comment has been collapsed.
I actually prefer the Kiske version also, but... I don't know why, I thought the Hansen version was better like a ringtone (2 years without changing it).
Hahahaha, and I am a big fan since... 10 years old, but I still don't reach those 20 years xD.

well, it's an awesome song so it's great even with Hansen singing but Kiske is my favourite singer! =P and I'm really happy to find Helloween fans here too! I see them every single time they come here in Italy so a lot of times overall =P they're always great, and the last tour in Milan with kiske and hansen has been awesome! even if here in Italy we have always a low public, in South America you have so many guys attending concerts! we have bands like Rhapsody that sell few tickets here and in America are (rightly) treated as gods =P

Actually, that's not quite right. When it is a really famous band, like Helloween, Iron Maiden, Judas Priest, Megadeth or Slayer, that happens (full stadiums and total chaos). Normally, it is really hard for metal bands to fill concert halls over here (even for bands like Blind Guardian, Saxon or Overkill, most recently), usually not selling more than a half (not even reaching a thousand tickets), but the public is always a crazy bunch.
I went to the last two Helloween shows (both from the Pumpkins United tour) and it was awesome.
PS: I think the Rhapsody kind of reunion (without Staropoli) was pretty full... Or that was what I saw on youtube videos (I didn't have money to go :( ).

If you like those bands, check out Wig Wam. I LOVE them. This is a good one too.

oh well, that Rhapsody question is something we Italians keep on laughing about.. every month someone starts a new Rhapsody here ahahah =P
anyways thanks for the clarification, I thought it was a bigger market even for smaller bands, Idk Stratovarius, Sonata Arctica.. here usually the public's quite little and if 15 years ago I saw them in festivals and huge venues, now they play in small concert rooms.. that's quite sad, I saw Blind Guardian in a full Alcatraz in 2005 I think and now they make 1/3 of the public ç_ç I thought the situation in South America was a little bit better haha anyways as I said, I saw the Pumpkins United tour here in Milan and I can confirm it's been really amazing!!

I loved the original Luca Turilli Rhapsody. Bought the third album first, on a dare from my friends, at an import store. We all fell in love with the band. M<y friend said that HIS friend even went out the next day and bought ALL of their stuff available. And that was the first time he EVER saw him do that.

I saw them so many times, and Turilli's Rhapsody had Conti as a singer, who was born like 10 minutes west from where I was born so I know him very well since he started in his Helloween tribute band as a teenager.. an amazing voice and an amazing project! I'm extremely happy to hear Italian bands are popular throughout the world since here we suck even for what concerns most music genres.. especially compared to germany, sweden, usa.. =P

Over here the romantic, pop and reggaeton stuff are the ones with full stadiums.
The big difference between Europe and South America is the craziness on the public. I have seen a lot of metal concerts from Europe (youtube videos or streams), and the audience is way too quiet. Over here, there are really huge mosh pits and almost everyone is screaming the choruses (something similar happens in most of the countries from Asia, except for Japan), so it feels full even if it is not. Take this for example: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FHbbOT4Ic8A.

I had the Sun Song as a ringtone first until I got sick of it and searched for a different one and I like this one.
I see in your avatar that you really like Saria, to bad we didn't see much of her in the game.
One day I will play that game again even though I finished it so many times and still suck at it! XD

Oh nice! Didn't realise that was still an option! We don't have a tv but I think I can get an HDMI adapter.
Haha yeah that's true, I never had a Gamecube so a few years ago I played an emulated version of Twilight Princess with a PS3 controller, very strange at first but you get used to it and it was great :D
Comment has been collapsed.
I never played any none-handheld game with an emulator, I do know there are now Snes and N64 and I think also Gamecube controllers for the pc, so with an usb port, maybe that's an option for you?
But yes, playing a game with a different controller can be very awkward for sure!
Comment has been collapsed.
Cool I had no idea there were usb versions of those controllers!
I used some software to set up my PS3 controller to be recognised as an Xbox controller so it works for all steam games that need a controller. But since with emulators you just set your keybinds, it was a PS3 controller disguised as an Xbox controller with Gamecube keybinds hehe, it's pretty bizarre controlling Link that way :p
Comment has been collapsed.
Haha high chance if I had to do that, I would spend the first half an hour at least finding out what button does what and that every time I start the game again, glad I never needed that.
But yes, there are usb controllers, at least, I think I saw them before, so it could be a nice option for you if you want to play games like that, never tried them myself though.

an awesome song from a great album, unfortunately everyone knows only about the very first 70s black sabbath.. =)

I've been using the same ring tones I made/edited years ago because I still love getting the weird reactions from whenever my phone goes off in public. (I'll post links so you can get an idea of what they sound like if you don't know already.)

And yet another bit of nosiness from your favorite annoyance here.
So what kind of ringtone do you have set on your phone? Do you use a standard one or a custom one?
Today I was feeling a bit weirder than usual so I decided to get the MP3 of The Munster's season 2 intro theme as my latest one I use.
I like to make people think when my phone goes off. :P
I would also like to add that sometimes your phones ringtone can say a lot about what kind of person you are.
