I love peanut sauce on just about ANYTHING.

I ate a number of Thai dishes, and peanut sauce seems to be a signature seasoning/dipper in Thai food, which defines their flavor.

That's a really tasty dish. The chunks on the noodles are they chicken and how hot is the sauce?
