i know i am two days late, but my guess is: UNS4 got really bad reviews at launch because it was poorly ported to pc it was fixed with the Dx11 patch (it still has a bug that forces you to set windows audio to 16bits 44.1khz or the game will only produce noise instead of actual audio).
TLDR: most of the bad reviews are from the release version instead of the updated one

I would say wait on UNS4 just because a "GOTY" edition comes out next year. And it will include Boruto and Sarada, who were preorder only (and still are right now).

Hi everyone, thanks for your advices, i decided to buy UNS4 2 days ago. First it ran smooth at the openning, but after fighting with 9 tales, FPS drop to 10. And then, every scene, it looked like you watching a stop motion picture. I tried to restart, but it getting worse, FPS drop from the beginning. Try google and servers ways to fix but cant help (my PC spec meet the recommend system, with latest driver, i can run Dragonball Xenoverse smoothly). After all, i made a refund and buy UNS3 instead. Guess what? it's even worse, can not start, only white screen, and freezing cinematic.
I was totally fuked up, try everthing (reduce the graphic option, resolution to 800x600,.,,,), no luck, FPS low, cinematic freeze and almost unplayable. Well, another refund, so disappoint since the game look very nice to me.

8gb Ram
R9 270
I guess i was unlucky since other players can play well, too bad it was lazy port and no optimize for PC.
Will wait to see GOTY edition if it fix those problems.

Too bad... They are both pretty good games. But yeah, Storm 4 had a lot of issues when it was released (Even if most of these were fixed), and Storm 3 isn't a very good port. Hey, how clean is your PC? I mean, your hardware. If it's been some time since the last time you cleaned it, you may be getting fps issues in some demanding games. I know, it sounds pretty stupid and your hardware is probably clean, but I'm just saying it since this happened to me a few months ago.

Man, im playing many games with my PC: GTA V, Dragonball Xenoverse, Hitman Absolution, Dishonored, not a single problem (except a glitch with Hitman). So i guess it's not my hardware problem. It is bad port, and if they dont do anything to fix, i no longer buy anything from Bandai again.
And to be honest, if it is not Naruto Shippuden, it may get alot of negative reviews instead of postive.

Yeah, sure. But you shouldn't blame Bandai: You should blame CyberConnect 2 instead. Bandai only distributes the game (well, not "only", but you get the idea). The lazy fuc*ers are at CC2.

Fan Naruto since the manga release, but i've never played any Naruto game before. So now those games are sale on Steam, i decide to buy one (cause of budget limited) but dont know where to start, any suggestion?
I prefer storyline (like manga) and characters' skills with beautiful effects.
