Registering for the ?Free Mafia II or Civ V, with an existing GMG account

You really had to look harder, GMG has a support forum. Just change your GMG email to the one that you used for the voting..its that simple.

Yeah, I kept getting the "Glitch in the Matrix" message trying to use my existing GMG account. Set up a separate Playfire account and used that though, went through first time.

Edit: and no, it didn't make any difference for me when I changed (and verified) my GMG email to match the voting email.

Just make a random new account for it. You still get the emails of the promotion sent to the email you put in.

Worked for me. But if you can't do it, just create a new throwaway GMG account by entering some weird name, as long as the email is the cvg one everything should be alright.

Yea it would tell me that I haven't voted yet even though I already did then it never sent me the key after I tried it over and over.

Do not expect to get key till the next day..
On day two click on the "Redeem your FREE Game!" link.
You should get the "Your Game Activation Key" email immediately after.

I already got two Mafia II and one Civ 5,im such a monster...

Just got mine. Was getting worried. As soon as I logged into greenman I got an email with the game key right away.
