for me, they are part of my childhood, although not as big as it were for my sister (6 years older), for whom we still couldn't get any cartoons from west due to the media barrier known commonly as iron curtain that lasted till 1989. As such, Teddy Floppyear was one of few cartoons available to us. It taught simple stuff and had simple lessons of sharing, playing together and being overall polite..then Tom and Jerry and Looney Toons arrived and we wanted to throw anvils at each others (also learnt what an anvil is since I was city born and raised) ;p

My 6-year old and I have played all three Teddy Floppy Ear games together, and he has played them on his own a bit as well.
They've absolutely helped his mouse skills, and the first two (Kayaking and Mountain Adventure) definitely encourage basic problem-solving in a fun way. The Race is basically a MarioKart clone -- it's a lot of fun but not much in the way of educational value.
Anyway, I am giving away a copy of each. I hope the winners enjoy them as much as we have. The GAs close on Sunday.
