I don't think they are going to put the transform mechanic into this game, it's still a game for people who aren't fully into MTG and transform can create a lot of confusion to them.

All the cards in the DotP games are actual Magic cards. That one came from Innistrad block, where there were Zombie, Vampire, and Werewolf cards. So the purpose of that Werewolf text isn't to foreshadow anything; it's just there because the actual card has that text.

Is it worth it? Is there a story line in between? Must I play MTG 2012/13 to understand it?
