My favorite episode is by far marceline's closet - season 3

As a whole, the show is great. Wish it had more episodes.

Ok show, some episodes are terrible, it can range from a 2/10 to and 7/10 for me with sometimes an exception of 8/10.

It doesn't touch shows like Ren and Stimpy and the older cartoons if you ask me, for todays standards(Much lower) its pretty damn solid for the most part.

Interesting show but I kind of liked Billy & Mandy and Gravity Falls a bit more.
I mean what the fluff.

I only watched the pilot and it's waaaay not my kinda thing. It was too all over the place for me, which is what put me off the Simpsons too, and it just wasn't as funny as some of my friends said it would be. Guess I'll be sticking with Genndy Tartakovsky's works and the Venture Brothers for now.

It was a big WTF for me. Reminded me a bit of Billy and Mindy and Ren & Stimpy to a lesser extent, since Adventure Time is more aimed for young kids, but still, it has those subtle touches that only grown up people can understand, and that's why it's a great show.

I watched the promotional pilot thingy, and thought it was awesome in a sweet, childish kind of way. Then I saw a few clips of the following series on youtube and really think they lost touch with the original feel? Like, the original was a childish fantasy adventure, whereas the series is more like a Ren and Stimpy for kids, which is trying to copy the pilot's overall feel, if that makes sense?

i was in a hotel eating sunflower seeds while watching tv and this show came on so i started watching it until 3am and i really felt badass back then so i love this show ahahahha dayum i love ice king he's so coooool but sometimes he's mean too :P

One milion years Dungeon

This show is kinda unexpectedly deep and well-thought if you take a moment to look beneath the surface. It has a really original thought-trough and awesome setting, completely over-the-top characters that nevertheless do act like real people (Finn's hidden memories and the whole Lemongrab drama were some things I personally could relate) and a bunch of seem-to-be-random mini-plots, yet not a single one "random" act is forgotten and will appear in the show sooner or later. That well crafted story makes you think, if you are willing to take the time to think.

This is not just another "writers-are-high-on-lsd" show which it may seem to be.

Also, starting episodes do not do justice to the series. Like, at all.

Pen managed to put deep feelings, sad stories, real world problems and even taboos like bisexualism behind the mask of a "cute cartoon"

At first I was like yeah, cool show and overall fun, but after, mostly at season 4 when things started to actually make sense (in their own way ofc) when you start to see the big picture what is this place and all the people, story of Finn, Marceline and such, it suddenly became really interesting.
Right now I'm waiting for season 6 to start so I can watch season 5 (because the last episode of a season is always directly connected to the following season's first episode and usually takes the story further).

The art and animation style put me off so far that I can't stand it for more than 5 minutes. If I want to see something that looks like it was made on drugs, I'll watch The Amazing World of Gumball instead.

Really great show in my opinion. Also, it can be, uh, enhanced with certain things.

oh its so cool to like this show now isnt it? shame that this is what CN turned into. I remember courage the cowardly dog, ed edd n eddy, now THOSE were good shows in comparison to this junk.
