The sale ends on June 30th, not the 29th. So there is plenty of time for a more sales.

Nope, the sale ends in 8 hours. The 30th is probably going to be encore day with a few sales coming back again.

Actually the sale hasn't ended yet, if you look at the pages for games that aren't on daily, flash or community choice, they show a timer that has over 30 hours remaining.

But yes, it does look like the rest is encore day. It's just that this year the regular discounts won't end when encore day starts so people have a chance to grab those deals as well.

That's nice. I made that mistake that mistake the last sale, so yesterday I started to buy the stuff on regular discount just in case.

I'm rather tempted to do that tonight since knowing my luck something will happen and I have a large pile of stuff I want to buy since a disappointingly low amount of my wishlist got any additional deals.

If it has not gone on a daily/flash by now, it's highly unlikely that it will at all during this sale, so yes, it should be relatively safe to buy things now.

Yeah, I pretty much bought now and ended up spending $68+ on the games I'm thinking I'll play before winter or are unlikely to get any weeklong or daily deals otherwise.

That's just how the schedule works out. Two extra votes at the end because there won't be a 10 AM PDT community choice sale. Tomorrow will most likely be an encore day of the best sellers with no new deals.

Found this in the Summer Adventure FAQ: "If you’re Steam Level 8 and above, you’ll get a card every third time you vote for the Community’s Choice sale. There are 29 chances to vote! (If you reach Steam Level 8 before the end of the sale, you’ll be granted the cards you earned by voting.)"

So it seems like last vote was it and at 10AM pacific it will be encore day and all repeats. I'm just glad the regular sales won't be ending at the beginning of encore day like past years at least.

If you still want to buy anything: you get a card for every 10$ you spend. Probably if you buy something that passes that limit (it's possible, that anything bought from store) will give you a card + all the past ones.

It wasn't like that in the previous sales. Last summer had the same number of votes as this summer. Last winter had 12 or 13 cards because the sale was longer.

I didn't find it boring. It was my best Sale event so far, in fact :)
The only thing that pissed me off a bit is that there was a chance to get To The Moon for a very cheap price, but people didn't vote for that pack :/

The question is if I should wait for the last community challenge to end before buying the card I am missing (and probably get one from somebody for free) or buy it now and have a 1 in a million chance of 3 games
