Steam Fatal Error when entering Steamgifts chat

A few minutes ago, I was in the Steamgifts chat when suddenly, Steam disconnected. When I went back to the chat (after opening Steam), it gave me this error. So I tried again, and this time it worked. A while later, Steam disconnected again. So I tried entering the chat again, but now it keeps giving this error...

Chat has always worked fine before, so I don't know if it's just me...
It's quite disturbing.

Any ideas?
