Does anyone know why I can't log out of the steam mobile app? I was going to make a ticket to seams support, except, it asked me for the version, which I have no idea what the version is, so I thought I might ask the people here.

You should could log out. Tried to open the menu and scrolled down? there is the log out button

Yeah, I do tap log out, and then sometimes, all I hear is a sound and guess what, it's steam again.

You should be able to log out. If you are using the Android-app tap the menu-button at the top left corner. Subsequently scroll down the menu and at the botten there should be the option to exit and logout the application. ;)

For iOS or Android? They're slightly different. The iOS version has Log Out as an option in the menu but on Android you have to go to the menu > Settings and there should be a button on the top right labelled Log Out. Usually if you just choose Exit Application you get logged out (well I stop receiving steam chat messages on my phone) but if I don't actually log out properly in the settings it has a weird habit of randomly logging me back in (I get a notification saying I'm online)

In the settings it'll also tell you what version you're running down the very bottom.

Go to settings -> Background Connectivity -> Disconnect, no push notifications.
