Actually, it seems that it is not only about making a Giveaway.

You need to get endorsement from half of all Mods and Supporters and 100 times the number of Blue Hearts from SG Community Users times the number of Entry.
After the review, the title will be listed in the CG's secret notebook and the information will be shared within the secret society of SG.

You will then have access to a section called "Backstage Steamgifts" or "Backstage SG".

only buy freebies for giveaways .pretty simple.
Maybe ask people that you can delete the giveaways ,because you dont wanna ruin their ratio and you wanna feel the joy of leveling up again .
