Thanks for the info, I lost Universe For Sale due deadline. I didn't even know this EPIC thing

Universe For Sale is Epic's free game next week too, so if you didn't redeem the HB key(?) on Epic before the deadline you can still get a copy.

Thank you for the info. I got the last three on Epic (already have them on Steam).

I lost Diplomacy is Not an Option which was revealed but unused, converted to Epic Games. Scummy move by Humble

Your key is not lost! I've added steps in my post to help you recover it.

Unused keys for this games got revoked and you can't activate them anymore. After complaining with humble support and pointing that I am not satisfied with the change to Epic store key and its against UE law, I had managed to get 1.73EUR (2$USD) on humble store balance.

I tried that and they told me they could refund me but they would revoke all of the keys. No offer of partial refund and said they dont do partial refunds on choice

Thank you!
I didn't expect those step to work for me, as I'm not in any of the listed countries, but it did. The export isn't complete - it's missing a bunch of my early purchases - but it does include a few keys that Humble decided to hide from me.

Universe For Sale already expired LOL
The only one that I already had in Epic was Arcade Paradise

I would be so pissed if they changed any of my keys to Epic... At least i would be able to ask for a full refund of the bundle price for false advertising.

oof. hell no from me. i still have epic keys from a few bundles nobody wants and i cant giveaway

Isn't it the only way to claim the games? You need to connect Amazon Prime to Epic to claim games there too.

You can unlink the Humble app from Epic. I have never bothered to try, but I checked and there's an unlink button.
Humble Bundle once sorted out a pricing issue with a bundle a long time ago. When the price changed the keys from the upper tiers disappeared on me. They revoked the few that I managed to activate on Steam and then honoured the original price by giving me a whole new set of keys. They're not all bad. The person who fixed it for me was very nice.

Added a guide to help people recover claimed Steam keys which have been replaced by Epic ones

I posted something in the Centralized List of Keys With Expiration Dates thread, I'm not sure if it got enough attention so I'll copy-paste it here just in case.
TLDR: If you ever bought a book/comic bundle you might have been screwed without even noticing it, too.
It did not say that when I bought the bundle.
The same thing happened to me with the LEGO: At the Movies bundle (my comment above).
Silently adding expiration dates is a big flipping mess. They could at least send a warning e-mail to purchasers of those bundles ("Hey, hello! We are morons and we just added an expiration date to the Steam key you bought 2 years ago!") and I hope they will send a reminder e-mail when the expiration date is near (I think they're already doing that).
I (we?) still don't know if such expiration dates mean that the keys will be revoked or that they just will remove them from our accounts (either disabling the "reveal" option for unrevealed keys or hiding the revealed key behind a "Oops! This key has expired, sorry, not sorry") but the revealed keys we might have stored somewhere else will be perfectly fine and working.
I've even noticed that not even the book bundles are safe. You'd think that once you buy a DRM-free bundle of comics, it would stay in your account exactly as you purchased it. Nope! It turns out that when they release a new bundle containing the same comics, they might overwrite perfectly fine, high-quality files with new versions of the same product in worse quality, affecting old purchased bundles.
According to Reddit, comic files that once were over 1 GB in size and looked perfect have silently (again) been replaced with files ten times smaller and in terrible quality.
So now I not only have to reveal all the game keys and store them safely at the moment of purchase, but I also have to download everything from book bundles, just in case they decide to mess up it contents in the future.
But oh wait! You can’t just download everything from a newly purchased book bundle and forget about it, because they have a tendency to screw things up (bad files, incomplete issues, awful quality). Their own customers end up having to manually check every single item in a bundle and report those problems, and then wait for a fix that might take days, weeks,... Or never happen at all.
You basically have to keep track of your bundle contents in case they made a mistake and (hopefully) fix it later, after you've already downloaded everything.
This is just crazy.

There are quite a number of examples but I do remember two:
Domina keys being removed from the customers' purchase page because of the developer's "scandal" back in the times of COVID. I couldn't access my key, despite it would have worked perfectly. In fact, I ended getting a key on a trade that came from that particular Humble bundle and I could redeem it. I have followed HommeCrabe's instructions to request my data. I wonder if my old Domina key will be there (I doubt it because I think I didn't reveal it, I'm curious what will happen for other people who did reveal it).
A DRM-free download of the source code of some game I can't remember now. Someone told me that he had noticed that the download was (silently) gone. When he asked Humble they just told him that it was on the developer's request (and the usual "sorry, not sorry, we can't do anything about it").
I've already learnt my lesson and I always reveal and store my bundle keys, and I try to download as much DRM-free content I purchase as possible (however, as I said, I have to keep an eye on the reddit discussions because I don't really have time to go through 10,000 pages of comics or book and notice errors -some users on Reddit do- in case something is "fixed" afterwards).
There are still quite a number of ongoing issues that haven't been resolved. I purchased the House Flipper and Friends Bundle like nine months ago and they had run out of keys for Builder Simulator VR. Again: they ran out of keys while the bundle was still on sale (it's not that I waited eight years to reveal the key for that particular game). I'm still waiting for a restock 😕

I'm still waiting for a restock
I'm very familiar with the issue, one of the main reasons I think an annual subscription is worth it. I'm not super picky, I'm curious, and I can claim a bundle in the first few days so I'm sure I get keys. And the last part of the previous sentence sounds like a joke lol, wtf is going on at Humble...

This is class action lawsuit tier move, not only they technically change contract after sale, they don't even have assigned keys for said purchases.
(tinfoil hat time) This again brings my suspicion that they "hope" for unused keys, where they likely resale those in store for full price. For example: You get Batman Arkham City GOTY from WB for let's say 50 cents a piece for humble package, you pay WB 50 cents for sale, it's not redeemed by buyer, so you flip it on your store for 20 bucks standard price, maybe 4 bucks on 80 perc. off sale - that's 3,50 up to 19,50 profit. - I just can't think of any other reason how can you run out of keys for sold product.

Might not be a scam you can sometimes only gt a set amount of keys per game sometimes

"we've provided Humble with a number of keys for the bundle. Due to reselling, recently Humble have pulled Steam keys from it. We aren't involved in key distribution there and I'm afraid we can't help with the issue either." from the developers
:D any game gets new keys - humble sends me mails about my game being available , why they cannot send keys.
Comment has been collapsed.
Yep, you don't even have the option to gift them (to another Humble user), AFAIK.
Their thought process is strange: customers who didn't reveal and redeem the Steam key back in the day are now left with one option only: own the game on EPIC (if it wasn't already given away there). But customers who did reveal their steam keys and redeem them now have an extra copy on EPIC, for free.

Context
Some Steam keys that are exhausted are transformed by Humble into Epic Games Store keys. Even if you have claimed and redeemed the Steam key, you will receive an Epic Games Store link to redeem it on your account. More free games for your Epic account 😜
Since there is no notification to warn you when an Epic key is added, here is a list that I'll keep updated.
How to claim my Epic games?
Each game can be claimed through your Humble Choice page or here: https://www.humblebundle.com/home/keys (search for "epic")
