Regional e-shop is selling Skyrim DLCs for around $10, give or take dollar and few cents depending on exchange rates. Before I buy them I wonder: were they ever cheaper than that?
I checked steamsales a bit and it doesn't look like it, but they don't have all shops and don't take vouchers into consideration. So do anyone knows if Dawnguard or Dragonborn were cheaper than $10?
