radeon 7770 is awsomely cheap deal, get on newegg and also score some free games. 7850 is a little better, but a little more expensive. i suggest saphire or powercolor

This should help. It gives some advice on best cards for the money for May 2013.

A cheap HD 7770 or GTX 650 Ti would probably be your best bet. You can usually find them at around $90 after rebate. The HD 7770 comes with some free games so I'd lean towards that
Edit: And about the 250W PSU, you should be able to run a 7750/7770 just fine though it'll be cutting it close. 95W CPU + 90W GPU + other stuff

depending on your powersupply an AMD Radeon HD 7770 should be sufficient for current-gen gaming at 1366 x 768

250 watts is not enough for any dedicated graphics cards except for the AMD Radeon HD 6450 which maybe plausible for gaming at 1366 x 768

calculated 259 watts based on all hardware components including an AMD Radeon HD 7750 at 55 watts.

the best graphics card you can buy without the AMD Athlon II x4 630 limiting performance in games is the AMD Radeon HD 7770. Therefore, if you want to achieve better performance than what an AMD Radeon HD 7770 provides it would be necessary to upgrade your CPU

250 watts won't get you anywhere :(
Any card worth 130 bucks will need a beefier one.

An AMD Radeon HD 6870 is a fantastic budget card. Yeah, it won't play all the latest games on their utmost highest settings, but it will be able to manage on relatively high settings at 1920 x 1080, minus the AA + AF. Either way, look at the cards mentioned in this thread and check out their benchmark reviews. Takes all of 20 minutes to compare them and decide which is the best money wise + performance wise.

Somehow 7790 is much cheaper than 650Ti in my country, if that happens with you too, then 7790 is the best p/p card I could suggest :)

If the HD 4200 was enough for your needs, pretty much any low end card will be. You can just buy something at around $50 (GeForce 610, Radeon 6450). It won't run any modern games, but it will run older games much better than the HD 4200 ever did.

Hey everyone,I'm trying to upgrade my current computer with a new graphics card by the end of this week but I'm having some trouble. I'm looking for a graphics card that could play current-gen games without any too noticeable lag. My budget is about $130,not much but I'm just looking for something decent. I currently have a Radeon 4200 HD and its not working to well for my so I just need to upgrade it. Here's my specs. http://speccy.piriform.com/results/dj4JWLWHhusF4VE6yZcoR51 . Any help is appreciated, and I would rather get it from Best Buy,something that I could pick up before the week ends. I'll also take Amazon suggestions,my mom works there so we could probably work out a deal somehow. Additionally,I probably won't be able to buy any other part.
