I don't know if this will help you feel better but I'll tell you a little birthday story I really like.
I had just woken up over at my sisters house. She and I had an agreement that she'd take me to school everyday because my dad couldn't at the time. We got in the car together and she started going on this tangent about how she was going to turn 30 and how she would be just SO OLD. Me in my tired state, I couldn't think of how to respond to help her feel any better, but I felt as though I had to say something to help her feel better. So, I turned towards her and said, "Don't worry sissy, 30 years isn't that bad, you're basically the equivalent of 3 10 year olds in a trench coat".
I don't know why I thought telling this story would be a good idea but it's there now. I hope your birthday goes better than me awkwardly trying to tell this story haha

Hello folks,
today is a special day for me. Im getting old...too old. Everyone says happy birthday but IM GOING OLD! How should I am happy with that? ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! (I am just joking). And one more thing makes this day special. From today on 2 weeks I have to leave my family ( im not talking about wife and kids, talking about parents, sister, uncle, friends etc) in germany and move to austria so this birthday is also more or less a goodbye to my family.
I want to celebrate this sad and happy day with you with a really small train with sad games and a happy ending.
