Did you claim the purchase by using the email address the order confirmation was originally sent to? That's a helpful way not to have to keep track of the emails and order keys that HB sends you, and it should have all of the download links and Steam keys in one location. Or was it one of the latter that wasn't working for you?

So I bought the multiplayer bundle a while ago, and activated only 1 game. Today I wanted to activate the rest, but when I go to my email, clicked the link they provided, then it says bad key. So I click order resender, but It didn't show the link for the multiplayer mayhem.
update: Thank you, I emailed support and I got a response 2 hours later.
