Reached 33 and didn't know what to do when the mime goes for a "ring" like teleport pattern, before it was just enough to run backwards but this time he teleported torwards me so I had no way to move away. Kind of a no way to escape.

If you find yourself even close to matching the current leaders, start taking regular screenshots, Alt+Tabbing out and saving them, as some level numbers appear out of order. If you post Level 198 on it's own, chances are, I'm going to not believe you. Sorry.
If you encounter a bug saying "Unable to set graphics mode", here's a fix. Go into the options.ini file and set "fullscreen=true" to "fullscreen=false". Should work then.
