No weeklong deals must mean Steam Summer Sales start Thursday, right?

Those are midweek sales. Value start weeklong sales (monday to monday) several weeks ago. There is rarely anything incredible in those sales, kinda like when the daily deals first began, but they would need to suspend the weeklong sales to begin the Summer sales, right?

X3 sale is actually to celebrate the linux release. You should have linked the Grotesque Tactics sale, as there's no such justification, but even still, that's only one franchise (2 if you count X) compared to the usual 5.

Ur right, it does say weeklong deal, but hopefully they only did that because it's celebrating the Linux release and will still continue with the summer sales. Fingers crossed.
