Quite crazy, how Thomas Was Alone's creator made this one too.

And yesterday he released his latest game: https://store.steampowered.com/app/1424980/The_Solitaire_Conspiracy
I really like Mike. His games are very good, but his personality is even better.

I remember him maybe the Cooptional Podcast... even from Podquisition? A silly, creative man who can't sit in one place :) I meant to replay Thomas Was Alone as I mostly remember getting 100% on it, not really the story. (and go for the other games too, if my poor laptop can handle them)

You should (if your laptop allows it, of course); at least, both his visual novels are amazing.

That is such a wacky premise but I love it. Also happy cakeday :)

That looks interesting. The user interface is really well done and I see they made a few adjustments to how the game of solitaire works by adding powers and what not.

I wishlisted it, albeit not sure will I buy it (on sale) or wait for it to get bundled (he bundled several of his games already so this one will possibly get bundled eventually too).

Maybe because it required a license from the movies rights owners and that was easier bought by a publisher rather than a single dev.

I assume he had to invest more into this game since it's from a popular movie franchise which most likely required for him to buy a license to be able to release the game so he might have wanted a publisher to maximize the chance of success.

And Good Shepherd Entertainment seems like a reasonably competent publisher.
