Ну не добавляется артикль если нужно только название указать. Артикль - не часть названия. Если бы название использовалось как часть предложения - тогда да, пишется с артиклем. Поэтому я попробовал официальное название в четырёх вариациях (по-русски, по-английски, и две транслитерации) ещё до подсказки, и оно не подошло. Не то чтобы это важно конечно, я согласен, догадаться можно было.
И кстати, оба названия официальны и равнозначны.
