In Japan, there are few areas to eat horse meat.

Many horsemeat on the market are relatively old and young horse meat soft is valuable.
However, it seems that "チャーシュー(chashieu?)" of "馬肉(horse meat)" is delicious.

Horse meat sashimi - so tough and chewy. I would not get this again.
