Borderlands 2 GOTY on encore sale?

A little too ealry but i wanted to know if you think that borderlands 2 goty will be on encore sale? i can buy it now but i dont have enought to buy it and buy The elder scroll V : Dragonborn/dawnguard that is what i most want right now, but since i dont know if those dlcs will be on a bigger sale i am tempted to buy Borderlands... so do you think that i should buy borderlands 2 and give up buying TES V dlcs or wait until the last day and maybe both will be on sale at some point?

If no daily deal/flash sale, the answer is always wait until the end of the sale.
