I expect there will be a discount of some sort. Don't expect it to be any deeper than the average League Two chairman's pockets, though...

FM 2014 went 25% off for the duration of last years winter sale and was 50% off on the 25th of December and January 2nd according to isthereanydeal.com.

FM 2013 also went 25% off for the winter sale prior to that and 50% off on January 5th.

Based on taht, I'd say the chances are pretty good.
