There are users with access to a non Windows OS, and some of them have managed to win games they can't play. While this suggested feature won't help a lot of people, it will be very useful for those in that situation.

Same here. I'm increasingly hesitant to stay with Windows with every new iteration. I've only kept with MS this long because I keep scoring free or dirt cheap copies. Also there's Wine compatibility, but there's VM for when that fails I suppose.

It would be useful, as I know users who have won games in the past only to find they don't work in their current OS. Not sure how workable it would be though.

I don't know what the system usage statistics on SG are, but I think a handy feature would be a setting for Mac and Linux users that allows you to only display giveaways for games that are available for your system.
Disregarding that it's possible to manually hide games using SG+, do you think there is a point to this?
