Let's talk about how it was to make our first giveaway as opposed to wining it.

I created 4 giveaways because i had spare keys for some games.
But i already joined 1,126 giveaways and didnt won so far, but my estimated win chance is just 0.77

You never tire of seeing that joyous green bar.

A bazillion other threads already exist to enlighten you as to how many entries it took everybody to win their first game, but when that green bar appears atop your screen, you'll forget all the arduous left-mouse-button clicking as you bathe in the almost tangible euphoria of victory...

I've entered 2,147 giveaways, have given away ten games myself, and have only won one so far.

While I like the one game I did win, it was part of a bundle that I could have bought for $1 at the time. I was happy to win it, sure, but kinda' miffed I haven't won anything else yet.

I came into Steamgifts about 5 months ago.
Firstly i didn't participate too much, as i didn't know how it works and i'm very skeptical.

But about 2 months ago i decided to try it again. I got my first game (Faerie Solitaire, very adictive!). I couldn't believe it, it works!! It's truth!! So i was double happy (lol)
Then i started to share back the love and made a few giveaways.

Haven't been here so long but I guess I've been quite busy.

Won a few games (feels good!), made some different kinds of giveaways (public, private group etc.), joined a gifting group of sorts, made a puzzle, solved some puzzles, ninja'd a key, joined in the discussion on the forums, heard about some great offers because of the forum and got the games.

I like this place so far, think it's awesome. Lots of good people around. :)
