Just fyi it didn't 'suddenly appear' as the Steam page has been around for a few months now.
Initially what they showed was just pics/video from the game running on the gamecube Dolphin emulator, which certainly confused people about what to expect. Also interesting is the source code for the game was leaked online some time ago, though afaik the fans didn't ever end up doing anything with it.

Out of the blue, Killer 7 appeared on Steam.
At least, if this was announced earlier I completely missed it. If you're into Noir settings, I recommend picking this up.
(It is published by NIS America, who do have a reputation for shitporting, but first reviews indicate this was actually ported properly)
