It feels like a story about an incident that was probably talked about three months ago.
I think it was mainly something that exploited browser cookies to steal data.🍪
In any case, it is safe to assume that not only game accounts but also accounts on sites where money is involved are targeted.

I hope that humanity will not resort to evil means "as water flows to a lower place".

The other day, there was an incident in Japan where ads were being served under the name of Kaspersky (Kaspersky stated that they were not serving ads. There was an incident.
The details are unknown as it is currently under investigation.

Same old story. Basically don't download anything funny, don't click email links etc etc. The only way these work is IF you let them in first.
