CPU air cooling

Hi, what do you think about CPU cooling?.
Is it necessary if i am not Overclocking?
Would it improve performance or just more longevity on the processor?
If it is a good idea Cooler Master Hyper 212 or v6?

I have a CM Hyper 212 Evo and it's awesome. My CPU idles at <20 degrees often.

If you are already sure that you won't overclock, you don't need an aftermarket cooler, as long as your case has a decent airflow.

wow, thanks i currently own a HAF 912, complete fan build. And my CPU runs at 30-40°C
