In one of my GA the user removed the received check, but the game is activated in his account. Besides, he deleted the thanks comment on the GA page.

I'm confused. I don't want to re-roll, because the key can be used already.

Any advice?

EDIT: I contacted him through steam, and he says that won the game twice, activated both keys and wants to give me another key to do a re-roll myself, with his new provided key. I don't understand if this is possible.

Report him and show a screen shot showing him already owning it in the support ticket

Ok. I have to wait for the week to end for that.

Take the screen shot NOW in case he gets Steam Support to remove it.

You can remove your own games with one click, and get them back with another.
So technically he could remove it, waits for OP to give him another key, get back the game he deleted and then use the second key to sell/gift it himself.

Huh, didn't know you could do that. The last time I removed a game, which was years ago, I had to submit a ticket to Support. Good that this has been simplified.

Also, consider telling them that 'Misuse of Giveaway Feedback' can lead to a Permanent ban
I'm pretty sure Support can see deleted comments so don't worry about that.

You should probably add a screenshot of him asking for another key as well.

If he still has the game in his library, you can save the link to his library here: https://archive.org/web/
It saves the current cache of the site and can't be edited, so if he decides to delete the game himself via the support page you have stronger proof than a screenshot.

I have an screenshot of himself saying that he want to give me another key, because won the game twice and activated both keys

Oh okay tell them that they should ask the person whose key they DID NOT use to reroll, so in case that is the other GA then you absolutely should NOT accept their substitute key to do a reroll.

They are trying to fix their multiple win, but seem to be really confused about it =s

Told him exacty that, but he said that won the game twice, and activated both keys by mistake. Don't understand what mistake could be.

Link them this

Activate the first win, and (assuming success) mark as Received
Add a comment in the second win: "I won this game from another giveaway. Please request a new winner. Thanks!"
Important: Do not mark the second giveaway as Received or as Not Received. After requesting the giveaway creator to reroll, your part is done. Just forget about it, and of course do not re-gift the key to anyone else and do not activate it on another account. For all intent it's not yours to use and should be assigned a new winner. If the giveaway creator didn't respond in a timely manner you may also mark as Not Received, but leaving giveaway feedback untouched is acceptable too. More info here.

You do not need to do anything. It is impossible to activate 2 keys for the same game. It is their burden to fix their mistake not yours, you have been polite enough as it is.

P.S. They have marked both giveaways as 'Not received' right now as far as I can tell ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

of course. I redeem all keys with ASF and have forwarding on.
So if I own a game it gets redeemed to a bot.

But I would notice if I win a game twice before redeeming ^^.

You cant activate the same key in the same accunt for sure. If you already own the game it says product already owned and the key is not ruined. And you cant accidentically activate a key in a second acount. My guess is atm he fails to pass sgtools check for not having multiple wins and he wants to buy a second key for you in order to reroll so he doesnt apear that he won the same game twice. Not sure if support would approve that

There are some exceptions here. For some games different regional versions give you different library entries, but can still be activated outside of their region. There's a reason why I have 2 copies of Darksiders in my account :P

additionally almost all of the premium content keys can overwrite the base games, however it doesn't look like either of these are the case with this particular game in question.

I would have Support direct you through this territory. Trying to deal with this on your own with another user can lead to undesired results. Ive had multiple wins maybe twice so far and all I did was say "reroll please" on the second of them to be won. But this guy either is lost or charting dangerous waters. Personally whenever I hear stories like that it just screams "IM A SCAMMER". Level 0-2 GAs, you will meet these guys more often.

Good luck

how high? 1-4 is too easy to obtain in my personal opinion. 5 takes some effort, 6 and above is a bit of madness. ive had to deal with way too much crazyness in the 0-3s....

Some people use ASF to activate duplicate keys on their secondary accounts for card farming.
If you don't notice that you won the same game twice the 2nd key will get activated on another account.

Give this guy the chance to fix the problem ;)

Just reroll it with the key he gave you. If there are further problems, direct it to support and let them sort this mess out.
