As much as I like them I'm not sure the people from Humble Bundle know what a Curator Mafia is.
Steam, many developers (Gearbox regarding G2A) and other people working in the industry seem to be a bit distant from us lowly +1 peasants :D
Edit: Actually I take back the Curators Mafia part. At least a brief glance over their Announcements and Discussion boards does not yield any Gleam GAs.

They do it every year for their End of Summer sale but as far as I can remember it used to be one free game every year. This year they really upped their game. I have to say I'm impressed.
