Wishlist GA's not showing up.

mhh my wishlist is working as intended. Have you tried to resync your account?

I had the same issue a day or two ago, my account was auto resynced just prior to the bug. Manually resyncing solved the issue.

Yeah, there's a known issue related to syncing not applying properly (due to Steam servers wonking out, as they are especially prone to do during sales). Basically, Steam sends the site empty data, which is why your wishlist searches return no results. Recommended is calculated on-site, and is based heavily in what giveaways you've been entering, so it likely wouldn't be noticeably affected.
