It would probably better to replace the group name in the thread title with the game name. It would increase the chance that people who played Chip would notice the thread.

Does Alt+Enter work to get it fullscreen perhaps?

perhaps try the thingy from the link above with "Properties"->"Compatibility" and "Disable DPI scaling for high resolution"
