+DeltaBlade once told me the staff disbanded-ish?they argued & some of the staff left?xD so heck i won't even bother with tickets to remove fake feedback fraud anymore.maybe will report from time to time assholes i see win games but dont activate them lol. Last i tried a ticket ,instead of arround 1 month like XDeltaBladeX told me they were trendy at that time ,xD it took like 2-3 months or 3-4 lol...so i wont bother anymore i think :( because it's like Lorkhan said they do this in spare time and i guess there are lots of support tickets since many people use SG xD

We've got other non-site things to do. Helping on the site is only in our free time.
The support section is just like the forum. New tickets are on the first page, older tickets go to the other pages.
There are some issues that only a mod can handle, and then there are those that only an admin can handle.
Then there's the matter of some tickets being easier to answer than others.
Feel free to bump your tickets after about a week, but do try to use your best judgement if something is truly important.

If they will, they will most likely carefully select the extra people required :D,and probably someone who doesn't really want that either :D to be impartial & stuff.

I'm pretty sure there will be more mods once SGv2 launches, but I don't think the support staff will get new members before that.

Thanks for the reply Lorkhan :)
Was reluctant to post future giveaways with the way the support was being handled but after you explained it clearly in a pleasant manner, I understand your situation better now. Will try the bumping per week method then.

Yes mate this site and gameminer are best to invest in. The other two galagiveaways is meh and playblink imho PB is rigged xD ...
But heck if it's for helpin people, any place is good for giveaways :D .

It's because they have a limited number of people.
Rerolls are handled (relatively) fast for two reasons:
First, they're very easy to handle, most of the time (it's just a matter of glancing at it, seeing if it fits the obvious criteria, and hitting the button.) Anything unusual is going to take longer, because it will require someone devote more time to it.
Second, rerolls are time-sensitive, so they probably get priority. Most other requests aren't as pressing.

Certain abuse cases on SG are equivalent to running a red light in front of a cop. Support is not in every place at every time, but if you do something dumb in front of them, they will respond.

I have a 1 week support message I sent to them with no response yet they respond within 2-3 days when you request a re-roll. Do they just pick and choose, have a queued line, or are there different people handling certain/separate support requests?
