It started today, at like 8 am. I checked it at 6 and it wasn't open, and then bought my card around 9.
http://www.geforce.com/landing-page/holiday-bundle-shield has some of the etailers and retailers listed, though definitely not all of them according to comments on the website.

buying an Evga GTX 770 for 294 €, which is almost 100 € cheaper than it was a day ago. It's the second cheapest GTX 770 I could find for Germany, that also had the holiday bundle.

EVGA cards are the only ones with the price drop currently. I expect the other brands to drop their prices soon.

I'm not really liking this trend on GPU sales. Those first buyers are the one who are getting shafted with this deals.

They buy a new family GPU card then months later, they drop an offer like these plus the fact that these gpu has fallen in price since release.

So? Its always been like that and not just with those bundle. Can't wait? Pay more. Patient enough? Pay less.

really? When has this started? This only started accelerating with AMD 6000 series promo.
And with the minimal improvements nowadays with new gpu families being released, this is the only sensable thing for amd and nvidia to make sales for PCs. Attract them to buy those new gpus by bundling them with games

Pretty much, it was not like this really until AMD felt pain I think sales wise, now NVidia has to just to keep up.

No its hasn't.

Been PC gaming since the 90's, this is pretty recent, sometimes a site like Newegg would throw in a game randomly but thats it.

Just bought GTX 760 last week... to see this now. I feel kind of fucked, but oh well you cant wait forever to get the best deal. Deals are coming out all the time and prices drop. If i regret everything i buy that drops in price months later i wouldn't own anything and just keep my money waiting for the best deal that will never come.

Yeah. I have never got any game bundle with GPU.
But I haven't really changed GPU's until I have had to (when breaks), and of course there's no bundles then.
