They misspelled one word - tormentEr, but tormentOr is correct spelling. So they fixed game name and link. I updated OP with correct name and link. Try again.

Just tried it and same thing here. There was an issue with the recent Memoranda giveaway only showing Linux and they fixed that so hopefully likewise with this.

Last time IG dropped this game last year. Name of the file was - 2Dark_PC_StandAlone_2017_04_19.zip
