Was there a recent Intel Total War: Three Kingdoms giveaway?

I was browsing steamtrades and saw some people saying they got keys for Total War: Three Kingdoms in a recent Intel gaming access giveaway, but I checked my email and didn't see it. Google search didn't bring up anything, and none of the free game subreddits had posts about it either.
