I haven't had contact with their support in a long time, but in my experience and from what I've heard from others they tend to be really helpful when it comes to problems with purchases and problems with keys.
I don't know about the problem you're having with mailing them though, maybe try mailing them from another mailing service?

Hi there!
I'm new to the Indiegala website and so far everything was working fine.. until today.
I bought 2x the Blood Knight Bundle (I have transaction ID and such in my email) for a total of $8. (2x$4)
When I go into my profile, I see one Blood Knight Bundle, I click it and activated all my keys on Steam.
Now I want to gift the other bundle to a friend but it's not showing anywhere in my profile..
I know this is not the best place to ask this but since they never answer at support@indiegala.com and there's no forum, I'm trying here.
Does anybody have a clue how it's supposed to work when you buy more than 1 OF THE SAME bundle on that indiegala website ?
