Watch videos and take a decision, it's looks like amazing but is very expensive. If you have money left over

It looks nice, but I've decided to never support these devs.

definitely dont buy it now, price will likely go down before release

steam page says: "With every milestone, we expect to drop the price of the game."

That means last drop will be on decmber i guess.

I bought it when it was $80...one day after they bumped the russian price from $40 to $80. I spent a few hours on it but I didn't find it very interesting at that time since it really was all about spammming units to win. Also, was waiting for actual planetary annihilation to occur...
