Nobody could enter giveaways for thisthing otherwise.

No. If by some miracle, somebody did make a giveaway for that, it would be 150P.

The highest is 150P? But does the giveaway maker receive full value or only $150 value?

Creator still receives full value.

I think the point cap should only be raised if someone actually offers that software in a giveaway.

I have an idea. Let's make it 200P or to 100P. People would think more before entering and they'd enter games they actually want to play.

That would only make the site slower as people would have to be approximately 3x more activate to ensure they never reach 100P.

Indeed. People would have to check back more often to bank those points, especially during bundle floods.

No. And I'll use this opportunity to once again suggest that we halve point generation.

$1195.00 USD O_O

Well that is a useful software for game designers but damn that's expensive.

OP found a random reason to raise the point cap and it backfired.

It's super effective!

By "random reason" I think you mean, "totally incorrect reason".

If someone created a giveaway for that item, it would cost 150P and as such, no need to raise it.
